Today it's my birthday, and I decided to gift myself by doing something special.
I'm turning 56 and I'm grateful to see that all the work I keep doing on myself in order to help people increase body-mind-soul balance and alignment, resilience, self-awareness, despite what's going on... Works, and works for me first!
I was born on a Monday, and so this year, for my birthday, I decided to gift myself, and all those who are interested in what I love to teach, by starting a series of facebook "lives". Today I just started the series "Moon Tea with Monica" (you'll find the video replay below). But yesterday I suddenly realized I didn't own a moon teacup. So I took the time for a painting-meditation.
In the photos you can see the outcome, that is also another birthday gift I made to myself.
Friends, remember to celebrate yourself, and gift yourself with something you love and appreciate.
For me it's not "things".
It's experiences.
One year ago I bought some colors to paint some teacups, and never had the time to use them. Today I decided that it was the right moment.
While decorating this teacup, I spent one hour doing something I love with love.
Going live today, and then every Monday, I will spend time with love doing something I love.
Love, and our experiences, are something that will stay with us forever 💖

Felice Luna Nuova, Felice Anno Nuovo: Felice Rigenerazione!
Oggi è il mio compleanno e ho deciso di regalarmi qualcosa di speciale.
Compio 56 anni e sono grata di vedere che tutto il lavoro che continuo a fare su me stessa per aiutare le persone ad aumentare l'equilibrio e l'allineamento corpo-mente-anima, la resilienza, la consapevolezza di sé, nonostante quello che sta succedendo...funziona, e funziona per me prima di tutto!
Sono nata di lunedì, quindi quest'anno, per il mio compleanno, ho deciso di regalare a me stessa, e tutti coloro che sono interessati a ciò che amo insegnare, una serie di "dirette" su facebook.
Oggi ho iniziato la serie "I Tè della Luna" (trovate il replay in fondo). Ma ieri improvvisamente mi sono resa conto di non possedere una tazza da "tè della luna".
Quindi mi sono presa il tempo per una pittur-meditazione.
Nelle foto potete vedere il risultato, che è anche un altro regalo di compleanno che mi sono fatta.
Amiche e Amici, ricordatevi di celebrare voi stessi e regalatevi qualcosa che amate e apprezzate.
Per me non sono "cose".
Sono esperienze.
Un anno fa ho comprato dei colori per dipingere delle tazze da tè e non ho mai avuto il tempo di usarli.
Oggi ho deciso che era il momento giusto.
Mentre decoravo questa tazza da tè, ho passato un'ora a fare qualcosa che amo con amore.
Oggi sono andata "in diretta", e lo farò ogni lunedì, trascorrendo del tempo con amore facendo qualcosa che amo.
L'amore e le nostre esperienze sono qualcosa che rimarrà con noi per sempre 💖
