I offer practical, enjoyable, and accessible tools to cultivate mind-body alignment, enhance body awareness, and support graceful living at any age through movement, breath awareness, and self-listening.
Participants will explore how to use their resources wisely, optimize movement efficiency, and reconnect with sensuality, presence, and ease at any stage of life.
The approach is grounded, experiential, and inclusive, offering an alternative to classic fitness, dance, or stretching classes while remaining clear, practical, and deeply effective.

About the Class
​
The workshop combines gentle breathing and movement explorations integrated with mental imagery (a technique widely used in high-level performance) to support neuromuscular coordination.
The work draws from somatics and performance-based practices used to enhance efficiency, expressiveness, and longevity.
Explorations take place on the floor, seated, standing, and in motion.
All practices are accessible to every body, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition, and can benefit beginners, accomplished performers, and teachers.
The movements can be adapted to individual needs, providing an embodied learning experience that encourages curiosity, self-listening, and pleasure in movement.
Participants are invited to work barefoot or in socks, wear comfortable clothing, and move at their own pace.

While the workshop is primarily practical, handouts will be provided to help integrate the key principles into daily life.

Since the '80s I have been exploring and integrating different dance styles, from Contemporary to Indian Dance, from Butoh to Burlesque. Dance and mime are incomparable instruments supporting me constantly in my journey, and powerful resources from which I also draw in my daily life.
​
Moreover, by integrating the principles of Structural Integration and the practice of Move In Mind method in my dance and movement training, I keep my body and mind healthy, making gravity my best supporter.
​
This is the reason why I love not just to perform, but above all to teach and share my secrets, to help other performers improve stage presence, body awareness, movement fluidity, body-mind balance, and ...humour!
