To get the best from the Meditation you will need only comfortable clothes, a comfortable space, and some water.

By registering you will receive an email including the Zoom link to join the meeting.

The Meditation will be recorded, so if you cannot attend the meeting, by registering you will receive the link to the recording.

It is the second Meditation of a group of three. You can attend this Meditation even if you didn't attend the first one.
