A moment of introspection to draw from our deepest, inner resources. A moment of connection with the element Earth, celebrating the Solstice that this year coincide with the Full Moon. The perfect moment to integrate the energies of the axis Cancer - Capricorn, working on the connection between grounding and orientation, and between our roots and our self-realization process.

Please come with comfortable clothes/socks, and bring a blanket.

To come to the event, you have to take the train leaving Montreal Central Station at 18h17.

Then, to come back to Montreal, the train service is replaced by a shuttle to beside Montmorency metro station - Orange line (but you can probably find someone in the group bringing you back).
