Happy Equinox!
Thanks to everybody for connecting and keeping in touch. It’s a while since I wrote my last post here.
Finally, I’m back, starting a new phase of my journey aimed at bringing light and lightness in everyone’s life, or at least in the life of those people connected with me.
The Spring Equinox looks like the best moment to do so, because in many traditions Spring, the Season in which Nature goes through its rebirth, is connected to Element Fire, and so (amongst many other meanings) creativity, resourcefulness, playfulness, and joy.
From now on, I will share thoughts - blog posts and videos - aimed at bringing you meaningful insights… with a sparkle of humor.
In my life, I learned to appreciate the humor. It’s a huge part of our spiritual and healing journey on Earth. Humour saved literally my life, more than one time (I promise that I will tell you how because that could be helpful).
One of the Spiritual Masters I met on my path taught me to never take myself too seriously, and this was one of the best pieces of advice I ever received because I started looking at myself with humor.
This changed all my perspectives about the world. Fears, insecurities, and worries were replaced by curiosity and I was not any more concerned or bothered by self-judgment or judgmental comments coming from other people. This is the reason why I believe that humor has a huge role in the life of everybody committed on a spiritual journey.
Anyway, right now I want just to express my gratitude to you for keeping in touch.

Buon Equinozio! Grazie a tutti per restare in contatto con me. È da un po' che non scrivo su questo blog. Finalmente sono tornata, iniziando una nuova fase del mio viaggio volto a portare luce e leggerezza nella vita di tutti, o almeno nella vita delle persone a me collegiate.
L'Equinozio di Primavera sembra il moment migliore per iniziare a farlo, perché in molte tradizioni la Primavera, la stagione in cui la Natura vede la sua rinascita, é connessa con l'Elemento Fuoco, quindi (tra tanti altri significati) creatività, intraprendenza, giocosità e gioia.
D'ora in poi, condividerò pensieri - post di blog e video - volti a offrirti spunti significativi ... con una scintilla di umorismo. Nella mia vita ho imparato ad apprezzare l'umorismo. È una parte cospicua del nostro viaggio spirituale e di guarigione sulla Terra. L'umorismo mi ha letteralmente salvato la vita, più di una volta (prometto che vi dirò come, perché potrebbe essere utile). Uno dei Maestri spirituali che ho incontrato sulla mia strada mi ha insegnato a non prendermi mai troppo sul serio, e questo è stato uno dei migliori consigli che abbia mai ricevuto, perché ho iniziato a guardare a me stessa con umorismo...sorridendo. Questo ha cambiato completamente la mia prospettiva sul mondo. Le paure, le insicurezze e le preoccupazioni sono state sostituite dalla curiosità e non mi sono più preoccupato o sentita infastidita dal giudizio o dai commenti giudicanti provenienti da altre persone. Questo è il motivo per cui credo che l'umorismo abbia un ruolo enorme nella vita di chi é impegnato in un viaggio spirituale. Ad ogni modo, in questo momento voglio solo esprimere la mia gratitudine per esservi mantenuti in contatto con me.
